This enables us to identify the power factor at half hourly metered sites. Also we will inform you of any irregularities such as billing mistakes and abnormal loading.
Using information obtained from copy invoices we can produce a record of monthly unit use, making this information readily available to you if required.
We undertake high voltage / low voltage supply upgrades, diversions and transformer changes. Any project work such as this may involve a fee for our services, but any such costs will be identified and detailed to you - and again we will not act without your approval and acceptance.
